During our recent endeavor to carve the Nez Perce Reservation's first dugout canoe we also began carving paddles to be used for the canoe journeys on the rivers and waterways. Thanks to David Paul and others we have been producing many beautiful canoes that kids have been painting and decorating with their own special designs. This has turned into a wonderful project and this year we are planning an exhibit of the paddles to show off the youth's talents. Keep posted to find out when the exhibit will take place.
